What is the plastic injection molding method?

Plastic injection molding  method is a method of molding plastic shaped by a mold commonly used today in plastic factories. To be able to create the desired shape of the plastic product, the plastic material will be heated to melt into a liquid form, then this plastic billet is pressurized to fill the plastic injection mold cavity to shape. Then, the temperature is reduced, the liquid plastic formed inside the mold from the hot form is converted into a solid plastic product. At the end of the cooling process, the plastic product is ejected from the press by opening the mold. Plastic injection molding method  uses modern plastic injection machines with large pressing force, meeting quickly the production of large quantities of plastic products of uniform quality, beautiful in design and application as desired.
